Freedom 55 Financial Opens ‘Office of the Future’ Financial Centre in St. John’s

Helping customers achieve their freedom is key to innovative office concept

St. John’s, NL, November 1, 2017. . . Freedom 55 Financial officially opened the second Office of the Future financial centre today. This innovative office space is designed to meet the evolving needs and expectations of advisors and customers. The Freedom 55 Financial centre in St. John’s is the second to be redesigned, after Markham, ON, with others to follow in the coming years.

“Freedom 55 Financial is redesigning their financial centres as part of our commitment to advisors and customers in today’s changing world,” says Nick Pszeniczny, Executive Vice-President, Advisory Network. “Each Office of the Future will be flexible, digitally enhanced and client-focused. It will also be equipped for advisors to connect with their clients remotely.” The company remains equally committed to supporting both new and established advisors through office space, he added.

Customers expect to receive service differently from how they were even a few years ago. Advisors are working differently, too. As a leader in the Canadian insurance industry, Freedom 55 Financial is listening and responding, Pszeniczny said. The new spaces are designed to meet those needs, and evolve over time in response to advisors’ feedback. The new financial centres are more progressive and digitally equipped, making it easier for advisors to meet with their clients anywhere, any time to help them achieve their financial security goals. Office of the Future is meant to be a space advisors are proud to bring their clients into.

The financial centres will help advisors meet their clients’ needs by:

  • Inviting them into a comfortable space with a contemporary design, lots of natural light and a good reflection of the Freedom 55 Financial brand – all of which contribute to a positive experience;
  • Offering flexible, open work space and bookable rooms that reflect the way advisors are working with clients;
  • Reducing travel time with virtual client meeting capabilities;
  • Allowing applications to be completed online in real time with clients.

“When doing this type of work, we’re changing how people work. To succeed, we need to open up and collaborate in new ways by effectively weaving people, space and technology together,” says Dirk Propfe, President and CEO, ET Group, a digital solutions consultancy that supported Freedom 55 Financial’s Office of the Future creation. “It takes bold leadership to recognize the need for change. It’s not a facelift but a fundamental change in how an organization operates.”
